Submissions and attachments are sent by email to our business or hiring team using Amazon Web Services email delivery. Please include only information relevant to your request, and avoid sending passwords, payment details, or identity documents.
Keeping and managing your information
Your submission may remain in the receiving mailbox and subsequent email correspondence. To ask how long your information is kept, request a copy or correction, or ask us to delete an inquiry or application, email business@acrossinfotech.com from the address used for the submission. Include enough context to help us locate it. We may need to confirm your identity before responding to a request.
Website analytics and browser storage
The live website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and inquiry activity. Google may receive browser and device information and use cookies. Our inquiry event tracking does not include the name, email, phone number, message, or attachment entered in the form. See how Google uses information from partner websites.
The website also uses browser storage to cache public assets and distinguish a completed inquiry from a page refresh. You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.
Maps, chat, and external services
The contact page includes a Google Maps embed, which connects your browser to Google when loaded. Live chat is supplied by tawk.to and loads when you choose to connect to it. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent automated abuse. Our website also uses temporary request limits and duplicate-submission checks. Technical error logs help us investigate delivery and website problems.
